Make sure you have downloaded Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/) and have created a Steam account (https://store.steampowered.com/join/).
Note for existing users: You will need 1 Steam account for every former Pixel Mine/IWG account.
Search for Dransik in the Steam Store or click this link: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1871470/Dransik/
Download Dransik and press Play once the game is downloaded and installed.
NOTE: Some users be prompted to upgrade Direct X. Please allow the update.
